Leela, divine play, is an aspect that is less cared for, expected or even welcome in certain environments, as we grow. However, adding a light note to tasks, or very consciously dedicating time for playful activities incredibly enrich our lives.

Play triggers creativity, that in turn stimulates building new neural connections in our brain and helps release blockages.

Here are some ideas for playful activities that are meaningful, soulful and take you out of your comfort zone just enough.

Color Your Yoga Life - take a brush and some colours with you on the mat the next time!

Use a spirit animal card deck for guidance and support, we especially love Steven D. Farmer's sets, take a look at his website here

Use your hands and your imagination to create something, for example learn to fold an awesome Heart Origami, a how-to is available from our free resources

The joy, light and love you experience when you do something dedicated to Leela is powerful and special. Find time in your busy life for it, and soon these small acts of doing will transpire to other areas in life and will shine on into other's peoples lives.
