'NO MORE BLUES' BLUEBERRY BASIL SMOOTHIE
Blueberry and Basil give a perfect taste of fruit and sweet with a kick of refreshment.
Use your milk of choice, add 1 cup of frozen blueberries, ½ frozen banana, a handful of leafy greens, a pinch of sea salt, a pinch of cinnamon and a handful of basil (fresh or dried). Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
'SUNRISE-SUNSET' PINK GRAPEFRUIT, BEET AND POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
This amazing combo is ideal to get you ready for the day, or makes for a perfect drink to wind down!
Use your milk of choice or substitute with coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt, add 1 cup of pomegranate juice, 2 small cooked beets, 1 pink grapefruit, a pinch of sea salt, sweetener as needed. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add ice for a special pizzazz.
'PURE COZYNESS' PEAR, OAT AND FIG SMOOTHIE
This is for all oatmeal lovers who are keen to explore adding oatmeal to their drinks!
Use your milk of choice and add vanilla and oatmeal, soak for a few minutes, add 1 cup of coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt, 1 pear, 3 dried figs, a pinch of cinnamon. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
