Letting kids find joy in movement is an essential approach in kids and teens yoga.

'Through artful play, learning is easy' is our motto, and providing the experience of competition free exercise and paying attention to stilling that "monkey brain" are just two out of a myriad of benefits that come from introducing yoga to children early on.

Our themed, age appropriate workshops combine mindful movement, play and a high dose of creativity, so it's a balanced recipe to keep young yogis busy from start to finish and beyond.

Most workshops run for two hours, so there is enough time to turn our attention inward to chase clarity, learn some new asanas and dive into mudras and pranayama together. Age appropriately, of course!

Workshops are available for groups of 3-99 kids and teens, age 5+
